Eliot Frilli Football Consultant Eliot joined Lalland Leaver Intermediary in 2022 having graduated from UCFB Wembley with a degree in Football Coaching and Management. Whilst at university, Eliot worked as a coach within semi-professional football and for Watford as a first team scout. He supports Frank and Leon day to day and works within the southern recruitment department. Eliot speaks fluent Italian.

Samuel Keenel Player Identification & Data Insights Manager Sam joined Lalland Leaver Intermediary from Middlesbrough FC, where he led the player recruitment department. Sam is passionate about applying data to decision-making in football, bringing experience integrating data into player recruitment, along with a global network of contacts and experience of completing deals. He also has a Masters degree in International Politics.

Henry Ballesté Social Media Manager (Spain) Henry joined Lalland Leaver Intermediary from FC Barcelona where he had responsibilities across social media. He has previous experience in the Spanish media as a news reporter, presenter, commentator and producer. He is responsible for the digital strategy and social media management of Lalland Leaver Intermediary Spanish clients.

His financial expertise as a former Chartered Accountant translates easily into the football world where figures and contracts are a key element of a player’s professional life.

Kate Casey Head of Operations Kate has been with Lalland Leaver Intermediary since 2002 supervising all the contractual administration and liaising with the clubs and the Football Association. Virginia manages the office as well as the team at Lalland Leaver Intermediary

Christian Emile Head of Middle East & North Africa, Registered Intermediary After graduating from the London School of Economics (LSE) with Honours, Christian ran his own successful agency representing several international players and brokering deals across Europe before joining Lalland Leaver Intermediary Christian brings with him a quality network of international contacts and speaks Arabic fluently as well as French at an intermediate level.

Federico Massai Head of Lalland Leaver Intermediary Spain & Registered Intermediary Federico was originally licensed in Italy in 1998. He speaks Italian, Spanish and English. Federico joined Lalland Leaver Intermediary in 2021 and was based in Barcelona for 10 years before moving to Madrid. Federico works all around Europe and has extensive contacts.
